1) When I run Data Morpher I can't do anything or I get a message stating that VCL35.BPL is missing?

In the initial release of Data Morpher we accidentally omitted this file (and one other) which are libraries required to run Data Morpher. The main program was built so that it didn't need these files, but each filter still requires them (so if you got the error message then it appeared fourteen times...once for each included filter!). The new 1.1 release which is now available corrects this blunder.
